*LUQMAN DAWOOD ENDORSES THE CANDIDATURE OF MOBARAK KARIM (DIPLOMATIC) - OTI REGION NDC COMMUNICATION OFFICER HOPEFUL*
Surely, NDC will emerge victorious in the 2020 elections only if we entrust the administrative powers of the party in the hands of reliable, tried and proven, loyal and detailed personalities.
My evaluation of Mobarak Karim's exposure in the world of politics have left no doubt in mind that, he is set to deliver when given the mandate by delegates. It is worthy to note that, he is the first aspirant to have put together a practicable manifesto to woo the delegates in the Oti Region. This shows how ready he is to serve the masses.
He has demonstrated more than enough that, he is a grassroot man with vision to relegate the ruling government to the background. His visibility on the ground and on the media landscape is a known secret.
It is on this ground I officially endorse the candidature of Mobarak Karim (Diplomatic) as the best candidate to occupy the NDC Communication Officer position for Oti Region.
I hereby call on all delegates to look no further but vote for Mobarak Karim.
